| Kelly Steele has been drawing and painting since he was a boy. He worked in pen and ink and watercolor throughout his twenties while traveling to various points around the globe. Kelly developed his technique doing drawings, paintings and illustrations during his thirties and forties. Now in his fifties, Kelly is married to Stacy Steele and has a son, Cooper, aged seven. He started oil painting nine years ago and opened Kelly Steele Gallery in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California in July 2006.
